On 11^th December, 1996 the equipmet was finished and the production started.

Distillery stills have the capacity of 1,400 liters of grape husks per round. The equipment was produced by "CARL-JACOB" from Geppingen. We intend to install another 6 stills of 6,000 l each.

The processing of water is very important in production of alcoholic beverage and is carried out according to most up-to-date standards.

Distillery equipment is partly of own production, partly obtained abroad. The capacity is about 3,000-4,000 l of ethyl alcohol. We also have a device for adding high quality wine distillate.

To produce high quality product, high quality equipment is needed. The column of 150,000 l of grapes husk per 24 hours was produced in own workshop according to German standards and under the supervision of the Germans.
The mashing vessels and the new grain mashing technology are the reason for having a competetive product.

The vinegar plant was put into operation in July 2004. Its capacity is 15,000 l of vinegar a day. The whole equipment was imported from renowned manufacturers, which is a guarantee of our vinegar's high quality.

Crude oil is ised as fuel. Boilers were manufactured by "Đuro Đaković" from Slavonski brod. Their capacity is 2x2,000 kg of steam an hour. Their control is totally automated.

The 100,000 l noncorrosive tanks are of own production.

During the peak picking season, we can provide high quality raw material thanks to big storage area.

The whole production process is monitored by laboratory.

The finalization i.e. filling is carried out by "NAGEMA" and "KRONES" equipment. The capacity is 4,000 bottles an hour, supplying 4 etiquettes and a fiscal label.

Up-to-date equipment enables high quality packing and successful appearance on the market.

Special care is taken about the environment together with the Institute for waste water and the disposal system is constructed under their instructions.

The waste (paper, PVC foil, glass...) is packed and handed over to companies for recycling.

An abundant crop of Stenli and Čačanka Rodna plums is expected this year.

An impressive picture: "bunches in trees". Thousands of bunches cover 400,000 m² plot.

Seedlings are under constant monitoring of professionals. Agrotechnical measures are essential precondition for abundant crop.

Good pollination - there will be a bumper crop!

The orchard is fertilized with humus produced on own 500 m² farm of California worms. The capacity is 10 wagons of humus per year.
